* The tenant will be responsible for providing a 2 million public liability insurance prior to the date of occupancy and to provide this proof for each year of renewal of the lease.

** Smoking in any form is prohibited.

** Pets must be approved by the owner.

** Tenant must provide references and employment verification.

** All tenants must provide a credit report. The results of the credit investigation must be accepted by the landlord prior to the signing of the lease agreement.

** The cultivation, processing, production and sale of cannabis and its by-products are prohibited.

** The residence must be returned in the condition it was in prior to rental (with the exception of normal wear and tear).

** No structural alterations may be made without the owner's prior written authorization.

** All wooden doors, frames, baseboards and floors MUST NOT be painted.

** If wall color is changed from the original color, prior written permission must be obtained from the owner.

** No Air B&B, and no subleasing.
