The apartment can be rented with the appliances(fridge, stove, washer & dryer) and some furniture for 2,800$/month

* The tenant will be responsible for providing liability insurance of 2M before the date of occupancy and provide such proof for every year of the lease renewal.

** No smoking of any kind

** Pets must be approved

** The tenant must provide references and employment verification.

** All tenants must provide a credit report. The results of the credit check must be accepted by the lessor prior to the signing of the lease agreement.

** The cultivation, processing, production, and sale of cannabis and its by-products are prohibited.

** The residence shall be returned in the state it was prior to the leasing (except the normal wear
and tear).

** No structure change without prior written permission from the landlord

** All wooden doors, frames, baseboards, and flooring NOT to be painted.

** If the wall color is changed from the original color, prior written permission from the landlord

** Tenants will be responsible for any repairs due to bad use or negligence (appliances included)

** No subleasing

** Tenant must agree to the building rules prior to signing the lease.
